How to Order

Order Details

Email your artwork to us along with the following order details:

Pick Material/Shape
Pick Colour
Pick Gauge
Print Colour
Order Quantity
Postal Address

We'll make a digital mock up of your pick and send it back to you for approval, all you need to do then is arrange payment by your preferred method.

We accept the following payment options;

PayPal

Payments can be made by PayPal. Contact Us for a PayPal payment form.

Credit Card

We are accepting credit card payments by easy, secure online transaction. Contact Us and we'll email the details through to you.

Electronic Funds Tranfer

If you are set up for online banking you can directly deposit your payment into our account, the details you will need are:

Just email us with the transfer receipt number so we can track your payment.

Art Specs

Here's a few guidelines to help you get the best quality picks.

Artwork or Logos are best supplied in vector format as EPS or as native Illustrator files. Please make sure all fonts are converted to outlines.

Artwork can also be supplied as JPEG file format or Photoshop files at 300dpi.

Word documents are not acceptable.

Have your image approximately 10cm square. Portrait photos are prefered over landscape as they fit nicely on the pick.

If you have Photoshop, Illustrator or another vector based program you can download our pick templates in EPS and PSD format by clicking the image below:

When using the PSD template please send us the layered PSD file (not a jpeg or flattened PSD file).

Your artwork should cover the entire artwork layer, however only what is inside the pick shape will be printed.

Do not crop the photo/artwork into a pick shape, we need the uncropped photo to print.

If you're not sure about your art, just send us what you've got and we'll do the rest. We have processed thousands of orders and have a pretty good idea about what works and what doesn't.
