Production Times

From when you make your payment your custom picks, straps or mosaics will ship within 2 to 5 business days, however orders containing TRU GRIP custom picks will take slightly longer and will ship within 5 to 7 business days. Occasionally an order may take longer to produce, we will contact you if this is the case.

Orders of product from the online store usually ship within 2 business days, unless it is out of stock - in which case we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about how long your order will take.

If you have a specific deadline please let us know before you order, we will always try to accommodate rush orders although it’s not always possible.

You may also enter your deadline in the 'Extra Comments' box when ordering your custom guitar picks or straps, we will do our best to accommodate.

To meet urgent deadlines we would suggest paying a little extra, and we’ll send your order by Express Post.

Please contact us if you need express shipping outside of Australia, or you can calculate your shipping rate at checkout.

Returns

Don't love your order? Oh no, something must have gone wrong :( We want you to love your item, so all you need to do is contact us within 30 days of receiving them to let us know you’d like to return your order and why. Unfortunately we don't accept returns if you simply change your mind, only if there has been a printing error or we supplied the wrong item. More information about Returns can be found here.
