From when you make your payment, your custom picks, guitar straps or mosaic will leave our warehouse in 2 to 5 business days, however orders containing TRU GRIP custom picks will take slightly longer and will leave our warehouse in 5 to 7 business days. Occasionally an order may take longer to produce, we will contact you if this is the case.
Orders of product from the online store usually leave our warehouse in 2 business days, unless it is out of stock - in which case we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

If you have a specific deadline please let us know before you order, we will always try to accommodate rush orders although it’s not always possible. You may also enter your deadline in the 'Extra Comments' box when ordering your custom guitar picks or straps, we will do our best to accommodate.
To meet urgent deadlines we would suggest paying a little extra, and we’ll send your order by Express Post. Please contact us if you need express shipping outside of Australia, or you can calculate your shipping rate at checkout.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom printed products are non-returnable unless the product has been printed incorrectly or misprinted eg: blurry, off-centre, incorrect colours, image is unlike the digital proof provided with initial order confirmation email. Or, we have supplied the incorrect gauge, guitar pick/guitar strap colour or shape. If such an error has occurred we will re-print your order free of charge upon receipt of your rejected product.
If you would like to return a custom printed products you may contact us by email to arrange a return (shipping costs are at the customers expense).
Once we have received your returned order we will inspect the products and determine whether a re-print is necessary. The final decision on whether we will re-print your order lies with us (Grover Allman). If we believe your order matches the digital proof provided we will return the picks to you and you will be charged for the shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you paid by bitcoin, you will receive your refund equal to the Australia Dollar value paid at the time your order was placed, not the equivalent bitcoin amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@groverallman.com.au.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
